Terms of Service
1. Estimates & quotes
Every estimate is free and in writing. The written quote lists the scope of the work and the price for it; anything not listed is not part of the project. If we find a condition during the work that changes the scope (rot behind a frame, damage hidden until the old material comes off), we document it, quote it in writing, and you approve it before any extra work is done or billed.
2. Scheduling & access
We schedule around weather, permits where they apply, and material delivery. We give you a target window when you sign and an update before we arrive. You agree to give the crew reasonable access to the work areas inside and outside the home, and to move vehicles, furniture and pets away from those areas before we start.
3. Payment
Payment terms are stated on your written quote or contract: any deposit, when the balance is due, and the payment methods we accept. On an approved insurance claim you remain the policyholder, and how the carrier's payment is handled is explained in writing before work begins.
4. Warranty
Any workmanship warranty we offer is stated in writing on your quote or contract, along with its term. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and depend on the product; we hand you the registration paperwork at completion. If something we installed fails inside a stated warranty term for a reason the warranty covers, we come back and fix it.
5. Cancellation
Your written agreement states how to cancel and any cancellation rights your state gives you. Materials ordered specifically for your project may be non-refundable once ordered. If we cannot complete a project for reasons within our control, deposits are refunded in full.
6. Liability
We carry the liability and worker's compensation coverage required to do this work, and the paperwork is available on request. Damage caused by our work or our crew is our responsibility. Damage from pre-existing conditions, weather during the project, or third parties is documented and addressed separately.
